• DUET APPTS: One client creates the initial booking and will need to provide the Duet Partner's email on the intake form.

• VIRTUAL Zoom links will be sent to the email you provide 60 minutes before the start of your session.

​​

• IN-PERSON APPTS: Remember that PPE is required until further notice. You can note your location preference on your intake form after booking. *I cannot travel outside the City Limits of Chicago. Questions? Email me!

• REGISTER for an account to make scheduling super easy for future bookings.

• PAYMENT: All payments are due immediately after booking to confirm your time slot. Currently accepting Venmo (@SadieRose_GSPA) and Paypal. Credit Card payment coming soon!

• LATE POLICY: If you are going to be more than 5 minutes late, please text me. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your time slot will be cancelled.

• CHANGE/CANCEL POLICY: Need to change or cancel your appointment time? Totally no problem. There will be a link in your reminder email(s) where you can do that with ease.​

RESCHEDULE or CANCEL up to 24 hrs before the start time. CANCELLATIONS after that 24 hr window will forfeit their entire session credit.
